We believe in holding wellness brands to the highest of standards by only featuring products that meet MJ Lifestyle’s defined set of criteria. Our process allows us to be consistent and transparent in evaluating the products we share.

Standardization is a process that manufacturers may use to ensure batch-to-batch consistency of their products. Hemp CBD is NO required to be standardized in the United States, so we feel obliged to set some standards of our own.

Origin 

Where is your CBD from and how is it cultivated? We are looking for brands that use CBD from hemp grown and processed in the USA free of pesticides, heavy metals, and other contaminants. Read more about why Craft Cultivation matters!

Quality Ingredients

Are all ingredients safe for human consumption and earth-friendly? We partner with brands that choose their ingredients consciously and are transparent about their origins. 

Testing 

Are the CBD products lab tested batch by batch? We carry testing results (COAs) for potency and purity on all of the CBD products that we promote. Learn more about how to read a Certificate of analysis.

Ethical 

Who is behind the brand and what do they stand for? Our brand partners are passionate about what they do and take great pride in how they craft the products they offer.

Sustainability

What measures are taken to reduce environmental impact during manufacturing and packaging? We look for packaging that is sustainably sourced, can be reused and/or recycled.

Equitable

Is the company a small business, owned by women or people of color? We partner with companies that align with our mission of supporting their communities and organizations that were disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs.
